On 2-7-13 I wrote out a check for a security deposit on an apartment owned by E. C. Yazaci for $650.00. The check was cashed February 8th, 2013 at PNC Bank and my lease was sent to me via email on February 12, 2013. The lease was never signed and I requested my security deposit back. It does not say in the lease that the deposit is non-refundable. I offered to settle for $300.00 if he paid by May 1, 2013. I have not received anything. I have a copy of the lease, the check, and the letter sent.
