COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
• Passed themselves off as the caretakers for a Christian Transitional House"
• Infested with cockroaches that would crawl on the tenants at night and give them skin diseases. I was obligated to go to the emergency room for cellulitis brought on by the cockroach bites.
• No cleaning was ever completed by the "House Mother" Annette. She collected rent in cash, then disappeared.
• Holes in the roof from recent rainstorms
• Excessive mold and mildew from years of neglect
• Hole in the front window where one of the local crack dealers threw a rock through it
• Most of my roommates were either addicted to crack or gambling and would steal my food and coffee, while the "House Mother" Annette (last name unknown) turned a blind eye because the crack addict was coming into an inheritance
• Other roommates (with wealthy families who did not want to deal with them) were mentally unable to take care of themselves and their own human waste by-products, putting my life in danger due to my extremely compromised immune system
