I have been living in Rainier Vista for over 1 year. During this time I have been very pleased with the area and it's tenants until recently. About April 10, we noticed rashes on my children's body which hadn't been there before, so we thought it might have been a change of laundry detergent. But on the 12th it was still the same and had gotten worse ( there were visible bumps and intense scratching) but now this occurring with the whole family. I was concerned and after searching extensively, I found bed bugs. Not only did we see visible signs of them but also the eggs. This has caused a lot of mental and emotional stress because it is not only affecting ourselves but also our children.
