COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have come into contact with a bed bug infestation and now can't sleep in my own apartment due to my bed being infected. I told my apartment complex and was told by the office lady that I am responsible for the bed bugs which she supposedly discussed with the owner. The cost of the treatment is not within my budget and I barely get by month by month. Lauri has told me to use a bug bomb but this doesn't solve the issue and would actually only make the infestation worse. I can't pay rent and get a specialized treatment to fix this infestation and stay in my own apartment. I have bagged all of my cloths and are being put through cycles at a relatives place. A DIY method is just as expensive and I don't have the money to effectively deal with an infestation of bed bugs and guarantee I can rid the infestation with a 100% success. So this infestation could easily be dragged over to other apartments if this hasn't already been dragged into other apartments or been dragged from another into mine. This is causing me emotional and physical stress.
