We moved in in dec 2012, in one month they had changed the lease three times on us. the very last lease was not signed or ok'd by us Maria had just added in hand written comments. Upon move in their was mold in the laundry room, and rats in the back yard, were told to take care of the mold with bleach and the rats were our issue. January 2013 the water softener in the garage exploded, we called the manager right away, she asked us to fix the problem and damage caused by the water softener and they would reimburse us somehow. After a couple of months went by nothing changed. The garbage disposal was leaking and i heard no response to my email about that. In may 2013 the owner called and said he is changing our lease agreement again and their was nothing we could do about it. In may we recieved an email from the property manager that stated they would try and fix al repairs as soon as possible, an hour later I received and email from the owner saying that they would not fix anything and the water softener and damages were our problem. I have pictures and documentation.
