I came in to this apartment unit through sub lease and the lease is getting over this month 22nd, i was not informed by Leasing office that my unit was treated already with bed bug issue. If they would have told i shouldn't moved in first place. Recently my roomate got released from leasing as he has to go to India and now all the treatment cost is falling on my head. initaillay i agreed thinking that it will be treated with 3 treatment and now they are telling that treatment preparation is not good thats why they are still seeing bed bugs. How would i responsible if the treatment is not working, to be frank i am not seeing the signs of chemicals at all. Also i don't have right to open the suitcase which my friend left in the apartment and they are using this to their advantage for ineffective treatment. Also they are threatening that i would end up paying vacancy loss if they couldn't able to make the apartment ready on time for new tenant.
