My 3 year lease expired at end June 2013 but I was leaving on 3 June for Italy. Landlords insisted I pay June's rent ($2000) which I did but they wanted full access to the house to do work for the new tenants entering on July 1st and were annoyed at me for not submitting to their wishes. I had left furniture and personal items in the house as I was paying the rent. Mr. Ericson agreed they would call my niece, Cynthia Posinski prior to entering the house and that no work would be done until the end of June. They did not respect the agreementt. My niece and her husband found them in the house on more than one occasion. This is trespassing. Either they reimburse me for a portion of the June's rent, i.e. $1500, or they should not be allowed into the house until my lease has expired on 30 June 2013.
