COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

In February, 2013, I moved into BrownMoore properties with the understanding that my condo unit was safe from any pesticides. From the date of move in, we encountered issues with bugs. The landlord sent someone out to spray and we have still had those same recurring issues. One month down the line, we realized that we were being bitten but wasn't sure what it was because we have never encountered bedbug issues previously. In mid June, we walked into the living room one night and they began crawling from under the carpet and my furniture. Never having issues from any previous landlords, we have now been advised by the current landlord that it is our fault and we need to handle something we never caused.
