COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Mr. Gore has been negligent in providing me a working shower since May 10th, 2013. It worked off and on until 3 weeks ago, when it quit working all together. Also, the deck collapsed because of snow, and when the handy man that Monte sent, left the very long building nails sticking straight out for the frame work of the deck. Then sent me an nasty email when I complained.
