COMPLAINT : Repair issues and safety issues
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Monte will refund my entire $1000.00 deposit
  2. Monte will reimburse me me all RPAs fees.
  3. Monte will be responsible for any and all attorneys fees, if applicable.
  4. Monte will reimburse me all fees incurred from calling my own plumber.
  5. Monte will reimburse me the cost of gas to drive to Fairplay to take a shower, every 3rd day. It is a 70 mile trip.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Monte has not provided me a consistently working shower since May 10th. It worked on and off then quit working altogether 3 weeks ago. Monte had the deck demolished except for the framework. It has dozens of the very long building nails sticking straight out. It is extremely dangerous. Monte has not responded to several of my emails.
