I discovered my first bed bug on July 28th, 2013 after experiencing bites for a few weeks. I have not had bed bugs before and am unaware if there are other tenants in the building who have experienced them. Because the management company is responsible for providing a hospitable living situation for tenants, I expect Beach Lane Management to hire and pay for an exterminator to come to my apartment and fumigate, as well as pay for all dry cleaning and washing for my and my roommates cloth items. Because pesticides have been shown to be less effective in killing bed bugs and are also harmful to tenants, it is my preference to use a company that employs Instant Freeze techniques instead of chemicals.
