COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

When we first moved into the apartment complex, kids began getting bit by bugs. We coudn't narrow the problem. Child was taken to doctors and missed several weeks of school . When we finally found the infestation growing and seen the actual BEDBUGS we notified Apartment management. They told us it was our fault but then said they would take care of it. They hired an exterminator working under the table illegally and that did a lousy job and never returned for the second spraying. we have made many complaints via phone and in writing. The management and actual OWNER now ignoring our phone calls and not fixing anything. My 6month old baby is still getting bit to this day. We had to replace everything and need help. I was attacked in the parking lot by my next door neighbor (close friend of management) and when I reported it to the OWNER, he suggested maybe we should move. We do NOT want to Take this BEDBUG problem with us NOR DO WE WANT TO BE HARRASSED LIVING HERE. We do not want problems, we just want justice . WE DO WANT TO MOVE ,,AFTER we are sure we are bed bug free.We have been taking pictures and VIDEO of everything I am Complaining about. I have already contacted invironmental health and Argicultural Dept of my city.
