COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

A new tenant moved in 30 days ago. His first night here he called the courtesy officer on me for noise at 6pm then called the police at 7:30 pm the same day. The only noise was my child playing around in the apartment that I pay $1200 for each month. It's not our fault we live on the 2 floor and he chose to move on the first floor. I called the office to let them know what was going on. They agreed that he was being unreasonable and would talk to him. Now 30 days later he's calling the police again at 9pm on a Saturday. He was banging on his ceiling at 7pm for no reason. For one, its to early to complain. Second, when he hits my ceiling it scares my daughter and she cries. This has happened twice and must end now. I have lived here since February and the tenants who lived here from February until July never complained. It hasn't been until the new old man has moved in and is now harassing my family.
