COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I had a lease on this apartment from August 2012 til May 201. from very beginning I told them I will vacate at the end of May and I did vacate at end of May. I wanted my refund of security deposit however the apartment manager said that I did not give any notice for 2 months prior to vacate the apartment which I told them that I will vacate the apartment as per my lease, verbally in March 2013. I have come to know from others that this apartment manager is doing so to mostly all other renters that they don't refund the security deposit and ask for extra rent even if the apartment was vacated in time. They are charging $375.00 for cleaning the apartment and trash when it was already cleaned and trash free at the time of vacating the apartment. I want that this practice of harrasing and overcharging the renters should be stopped by the manager.
