I have lived there since 1998, that is 15 years and he has hardly ever fixed or replaced things that were necessary. My stove has not worked for 4 years, need a new one. Also the refrigerator is very old and basically falling apart. The carpets have never been replaced in 15 years and was already older when I moved in. and they are shot. The baseboard heater in the livingroom does not work. The lights above the bathroom and kitchen sinks do not work.. Outside lights do not work. 3 out of the 10 outlets do not work which causes me to run extension cords all over and the wires are in the way of my walker and just look a mess. I finally gave in and replaced the door locks that were shot because of age. As for the few things he did fix it took over a year for him to fix, for example: the 2 faucets and the toilet were leaking and the ceiling fell down and it was never fixed properly. The only reason he fixed the faucets and the toilet was because it was leaking so bad into the apartment below. Will add pictures at some point.
