I was in this apartment for about 4 Years. And, apparently found bed bugs back in September 2012 and gave complaint to Tradition apartment manager and they have told me its upto Renter discretion to take care of the treatment. And, Tradition Management them self called the Exterminating guys to get this fixed and their 3rd party members have fixed the apartment back in October 2012. And, from then i havent found any and i have paid 650$ to get that fixed and made check payable to Tradition at Mallard Creek. And When i have given the check to the property manager he assured that if i find any then i can just stop by at the apartment and let them know, and he said they will fix it for FREE. Which was all ok at that time as property Manager he himself assured if you find any just let us know as this is guaranteed service by their 3rd party folks. And, now after my move out without any intermediate notice they have sent me a letter to my new home stating that they have found bed bugs after my move out and they have charged 650$. I have called the manager and have asked him for the explanation and now he started saying that we cannot do anything as your apartment is already treated. And, We cannot guarantee for 9 months after treatment and cant get this ripped off from the open charges. If they have treated the apartment then why dint they call me and told me that they found bed bugs and we are treating your apartment. Nor either they have sent me pictures that they have found one. I am not sure if they have come from underneath apartment or side apartment. I need clear clarification with pictures and date time stamp on the photo when they treated it and what they have found. Last Time it was their 3rd Party who has done the treatment and most often other companies would provide a guaranteed service.

Renter Sep 5, 2013 66.162.206.100 1. I have already made payment on August 16th for the invoice that Tradition or Mike has sent. And, I have called up the Extermination guys to follow up on the Invoice and they said they wont be able to provide any information on this invoice and they have suggested me to follow up with Tradition Management. I have my suspicions about the competency of the exterminator these guys have contract with and I assume they have a contracts worked out, so you guys won't use anyone else. I know if there were bed bugs found then its the Landlords minimum basic courtesy to inform the tenant before they take any action on the apartment. When there is no such prior information.

Explanation: All i need is to have the amount refunded in a better charge off, which can be determined to get this issue resolved.
