COMPLAINT : Deposit Problem
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Refused a deposit and giving a bad rental history to Rental Screening Agent for what I havent done.
  2. Giving bad info to rental screening agency

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I signed a 12 month lease with this landlord and only have no problems with rent payments. at the end of my lease the landlord denied a security deposit of $700.00 and stating that there is a damage to the properties and warn me to expect more charges other the security deposit. When I try to rent the apartment from somewhere else, the land lord gave bad information regarding my rental history with them and denied a rent. This really affect my life for something not fair to do on someone. The landlord didn't notify me in writing the list of damages and their costs at all. I try to contact the landlord to send me a written explanations of the damage in question and they never did.
