I gave Jean "Max" Gelin a $400 deposit on Oct.7,2013 in promise that he would prepare the apartment for me in The Manors of Inverarry,apartment 105-by adding a refrigerator, ac and repairs for new door locks and bathroom fixes. For which I have a receipt from Max proving I paid him the deposit and pictures demonstrating the missing fixtures. I told Max that I needed to move immediately due to an emergency and he assured me he would have everything ready in the apartment the next day. Two days later Max then refused to put in a refrigerator, a/c or make necessary repairs to make the apartment ready for someone to live in. Max also refused to return my $400 for which I have text correspondences proving he became hostile and refused to return my deposit. I had transferred my FPL and utilities to the new resident on the 10th of Oct. only to find no repairs had been done in the apartment and there was still no ac or refrigerator. I was forced to return the utilities back to my old address, a location which posed a dangerous situation that I was desperately trying to get out of. When I called and asked Max about this issue he become irate and hung up on me. I have not heard from Max since the night of Oct.10 and he has made no arrangements to return my $400 deposit.
