Repairs have been hard to come by, and when the repairman does come to fix it, it is a temporary fix. The heat only works for a very short time, i.e., a week or so, and then it stops working again. This has been a recurring problem over the last couple of years leading me to believe the heating unit needs replacing, but they seem very reluctant to replace it to solve the problem. Temperatures are dropping outside at night, leaving my apartment very cold at night. I'm having to camp out in my bedroom under a sheet and two bedspreads with a small space heater running just to stay warm.

Renter Nov 10, 2013 108.205.213.173 1.I received a call yesterday, Saturday, November 9th, 2013, from John Bradley, Property Manager. He asked if me if my heat was still working, to which I said "yes," but that I was not sure for how long, since my heat has quit shortly after repairs were done most recently. He then asked why then did I file a complaint. I informed him that I filed that complaint before my heat was fixed and since this was a recurring problem, I wanted to cover my bases and make sure it was documented. I also informed him that it was, in no way, a malicious attack against himself and Nadim, the building owner. I wanted to make sure he understood that. However, I informed him that should my heat go out again, perhaps they will consider replacing my heating unit to prevent any more issues with my heat popping up in the near future. John Bradley replied with a simple "okay" and the call was ended.

Renter Nov 8, 2013 108.205.213.173 1.Since the repairman came by yesterday, November 6th, the heat is still currently working. However, if it stops working again, which I expect is likely to happen, I hope that the heating unit will be replaced to avoid any further problems with my heat in the near future.
