the house has been in need of repair for three years. every time we complain about an issue were told that the landlord was unable to pay for repairs. there are no window panes in the basement so flooding occurs. after sever weather the basement floods up to 2 feet of water. any animal or person can enter the house because it is not secure. the water company came and issued the landlord to fix the water that is contaminated and not has been fixed. mold is everywhere under the leaking sink in the kitchen, bathroom and basement. I have found mushrooms growing in the basement black widow spiders snakes and mice. the front door is blocked off from previous tenents. the grass is so high outside that animals come to the house ie possums, deer, skunks ect. the stove has not worked in 4 weeks.
