COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The night of the move into the apartment we saw roaches everywhere starting from the stairway to the bathroom and the walls in every room and we took pictures and left to sleep in a hotel. Called management right away and they registered the report. The next day which was a Friday we waited but they were closed. Saturday we went there and spoke to Barbara the lady in charge and she said we would never get the security deposit back and they will never let us out of the lease. We have little kids who would be visiting us in which case it's completely unhygienic and a health hazard. We have waited the entire day for a response and even called them but no answer from them. We are spending nights in hotel which is another waste of money. Please would like this to be resolved and get the security deposit back so that we can look for another place.
