We moved in August 16 2012 and the landlord is refusing to give us a receipt and other rent payments receipts. We also told him in September Of 2012 the neighbor below is holding our mail and harassing my husband. So the problems haven't been resolved. But she goes and lies to him about us wish is lies and making police reports wish are lies we have been calling the cops and that's when the landlord told her to do the same and the police won't do anything. We also told him they are climbing the back window to mess with water heater and he tells us were lairs and we also told him floors are popping,ceiling is leaking,stairs are falling apart cracks in wall house is difting and refusing to repair. He's blaming us for the problems and letting his other tenat get away they are involved and he also talks about us to her so they are provoking and I'm sick with breast cancer and I don't have time to lie and play games. They need too be stop before they do it to someone. He owes my husband money for agreement repairs and refuse to pay we have documents and receipts can u please help us. I also wanna know if he's giving the right lease cause its say short term with a one year lease
