COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I am filing a formal complaint of unlawful harassment by my Landlord: The willing creation, by my landlord, of conditions that are uncomfortable in order to induce willing abandonment of my rental contract. Because of the harassment and bullying I have suffered at the hands of Wyngate; TWC Twenty-Nine, LTD., I have been forced to vacate my home. The Types of harassment I have experienced are as follows: • Verbal and written complaints, imagined and exaggerated, of my supposed improper conduct • Creating a nuisance and great emotional duress for myself and my children • Intimidation and threats of physical or financial injury directed at the tenant I have supportive documentation, as well as date stamped complaints I have filed to no avail with the property management office. ******,
I left a voicemail message yesterday afternoon but wanted to make sure you received it, hence this follow up email.
I will be returning the apartment key today, as I no longer will be living there.

Note: ********* was seen hiding and video-taping the disposal of my garbage. I am not certain why he felt the need to hide and record the “event” without consent, but it is yet another example of the harassing behavior that has caused me to leave the property prematurely.
This “passive” bullying I have complained about with every incident is immoral, unprofessional and illegal. He has no right to use and/or reproduce such recordings without prior consent from the individual recorded. Much like he had no right to threaten me when I complained about his prior behaviors. Wyngate staff have made my home life and sanctuary as unpleasant as possible and that is the reason I am forced to move. Such actions continue because they are allowed.
Shame on you all.

Good morning *****,

I am submitting a request to you regarding my intercom that has not worked since the gates have returned to a closed position.
I have called, come in and even had Silas walk over to the intercom to witness the issue. While the code for my home phone does work (#100: ringing to my home), I cannot allow anyone to come in. I receive the call from the intercom, but when I press 9, nothing happens. I have been waiting for some weeks and several (five) requests later, for someone to assist me.

Also, on Saturday, at about 2:15pm, I called for the 5th time and spoke with Christian. He informed me that “this was the first time he was hearing of the issue”. To which I replied by reminding him of the calls I made- speaking to him, and the time I came in personally and spoke directly to him. He told me that I had never done those things, and again it was the first time he had been made aware. I did not let it rest, as I had been asking for help for weeks. I reminded him in detail of the face to face conversation we had, as well as the phone calls. In his frustration, he decided to inform me of an issue he “needed to report”, regarding my noncompliance: my window blinds. He said he “just remembered” that he needed to inform me of that matter.

Teresa, I do not like being strong armed or bullied. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this type of behavior from Wyngate employees. People who believe they are in a position of “authority” should not be able to allowed to use that platform to intimidate others.
I am really unhappy and have been for some time by the treatment of staff towards tenants. I did not report the last major incident, but I should have. The matter of the employee who intimidated me because I would not allow him to use my children’s social security numbers to claim tax money. I am not the only woman in the community he has done it to. I walked on pins and needles. And now, I have to be worried that if I speak up, I will be “picked on” or retaliated against, again. It really isn’t fair.

While I have re
