I signed a 12 lease at 1200 per month after 6 mtgs I had to leave continued to pay rent even I was not there.IF I had rented for 6mths it would be 1600.
Now he going to sub let as of June 23 so he owes me last nth rent 1200 plus deposit 500.However he said the carpet had to be cleaned at 80..but wants 200 Now that we left early he wants to charge an extra 400 per mt at 2800.He wants to keep 1200,300 for last week of June and 200 deposit and want another 950.
This is not fair
