I observed a bed bug under my bed on a piece of paper and two in the seam of my mattress a few weeks ago; I immediately notified my Landlord and begun to rid my unit of my mattress, fogged the entire unit and washed and cleaned clothing, bed linen and comforters. When I asked the Landlord to send an exterminator out he refused stating he was not responsible for exterminating because the bugs were not there three years / 7 months ago when I moved in. The problem just begun and I would like it resolved as soon as possible.
