Westminister Chase Apartment    |    Cory    |    Tampa    ,    Florida 33616    Landlord Complaint 23-4243

My name is Karina Santana and I have a severe issue with Westminister ChaseApartments . I moved into in Feb 8 2014 during walk through od the apartment my spouse and we noticed bugs the rental rep said they were roaches and was going to have Massey Tech come take care of it. I told apartment rep that they did not look like roaches in anyway or form. The Apartment rep ((CORY)) said that roaches come in all shapes and form. I decided to take pictures as it was very odd they looked like brown lady bugs during walk through inspection. Also, we ( my spouse, myself and Cory) found that previous tenants left behind bugs killing spay as well as DE earth and other bugs sprays. The apartment management rep((Cory)) said not to worry. Two weeks later after moving in I told them those insect got worst .He sent the Massey tech guy AGAIN, the Massey tech guy said there is no evidence of roaches and also moved the fridge he said to me he cannot see anything. I continue to complain until I has such a severe allergic reaction to all the bites from these bugs that I had an annapoletic shock ((allergic reaction)) I ended in the hospital and almost died due to not being able to breath. I have stayed with friends, hotels and other places to avoid getting that ill again as I can die due to the bites. It is so severe you can see them walking on the rugs, ceiling, bathroom, closet, everywhere. This Friday June 13, after putting my foot down on the management rep Cory he sent a different Massey Tech. He analyzed my couches and found nothing but all over the base of the rugs and the ceiling he found nests of even holes in the wall and they were the size of a Lincoln head on a penny.The Massey man said for them to be that size they have been there for a very long time. When I told him I moved in in February , he said I assure you these bed bugs have been here longer and living in the wall. He told me throw all clothing, and furniture away. He also ripped the original plastic of my bed frame and matters. A portions of the original plastic of the bed ripped there were hundreds or more of bed bugs and brown patches of blood and other stuff. I have original pictures of when we moved in as well as the things we found under the sink during the inspection with Cory from Westminster Chase. They want me to pay $350 for extermination.I called renters insurance and they are giving a run around. I want to be relocated , payment for my loss, and extermination . I wil go to the news
