COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I receive a notice of inspection in the mail on Tuesday, July 15th 2014, stating the inspection was for the day prior, Monday, July 14th. I sent a certified mail, stating everything wrong with the house, he did not give notice but sent maintenance the very next day, Wednesday, July 16th 2014. He then asked to come in, and I let him know he needs a written 24 to 48 hour notice before entering. The maintenance man focused on the Air Conditioning, but not the feces and urine leaking all over the kitchen and bathroom. This plumbing problem has been here since before we signed the lease, yet he only temporarily fixes it. I am tired of smelling feces throughout my whole house, and my son wants to throw up every day because of this. My landlord does not provide a number, and never has. I want to get out of this unsanitary situation, but do not want to be claimed as an abandonment. I can no longer live in this environment, and he does nothing to fix it.
