  2. I want interest for this amount, because I always paid my rent in time. They charge you $100/day if you delay.
  3. I want an interest of $100/day of delay because I didnt get my deposit back.
  4. I want to have all the calculations done one more time. They charged me $38 dollars for water instead of $25.
  5. I want Stephanie Mathaey public apologize, through a letter because she called me crazy.

I want my deposit back: $ 254.78 as Kristina L. Benjamin from Solero at Plantation wrote on the final document. I want $100/day of delay to be paid because I didn't get my money in 30 days as I was told by Stephanie Miller. I want the calculations to be done one more time; they charged me $38 for water and before an employee from there wrote that I have to pay $25. I want a letter from Stephanie Mathaey in order to apologize for her behavior, she called me crazy, because I didn't want to pay $300 as Kelly, her employee calculated, telling that I can not pay so much money for water since I left the apartment on June 19th 2014.

Renter Jul 31, 2014 50.138.49.207 Ms. Stephanie Miller admitted in her email that they experienced "a glitch in our system and your refund was dropped". My questions are: Can somebody assure me that the calculations have been done properly? Was my fault that Greystar experienced glitches in their system? Was it stipulated in the lease contract that if they experience a glitch in the system, they might not refund the deposit in 30 days, without any penalties? Second, I have some issues that I want to invoke: • I didn't get any Notice of Intention on June 27 and ever. I need the proof that Greystar sent that letter and the letter itself; • Please, see attached the FINAL BILL from Solero for $38.22 which I am sure is wrong (it took 30 minutes to Ms. Stephanie Mathaey to calculate, because their system is faulty). There was no discussion about any other amount to be paid; • Please, see attached the calculations made by Ms. Kelly ..., an employee of Solero, on green paper; the total amount is $58.86, the calculation was done in the same day with the one made by Ms. Stephanie Mathaey, after I said that I do not agree to pay $322 for utilities, because this is the amount Ms. Kelly asked me to pay at the beginning. • Please, see attached the calculations made by another employee from Solero, I do no remember her name, a few days before...she said I'll have to pay $20 dollars; • Please, see attached the last bill, for utility billing period 04/26/2014-05/25/2014 - I had to pay $33.86 for one month. Now, Greystar asks me to pay $38.22 $6.64= $44.86 for less than a month???? Not to mention that this last bill was issued for $1,622.10. • Please, see attached the document signed by Ms. Kristina Benjamin who wrote that the Deposit TO BE REFUND IS $254.78, without mentioning anything about another presumed Notice of Intention to Impose Claim; • Please, read the lease contract one more time and see that Greystar supposed to give me the deposit in 30 days after I moved out. They didn't!!! • Please, talk with Ms. Stephanie Miller, she apologized because they didn't send me the check in time. I have her e-mail and I'll forward it to you if needed. • Since I didn't get any Notice of Intention nor the deposit check, I can still make objection to these charges, the procedure is not closed. Correction can be done. Still. So, I want Greystar to pay interest $100/day of delay. • I want Ms. Stephanie Mathaey public apologies for calling me crazy when I said their IT system is faulty.

That Notice indicated that you were being assessed $6.64 in rent charges and $38.22 in final utility charges, for total sum of $44.86. Therefore, after assessing these charges, and crediting your deposit on hand of $293.00, you are entitled to a refund of $248.14. In response to your claim for “penalties” and your objection to the amount of the water bill, such claims are denied as you have waived your right to any objection to these charges, pursuant to Florida Statute 83.49. Your refund, in the amount of $248.14, has been sent to your forwarding address under separate cover.
