The home was foreclosed on May 8, 2014.On may 4,2014 Ms. Smith came to collect rent, at that time my husband and I told her we would gladly pay for the four days before the foreclosure, but not for the whole month. Ms, Smith then said she would have to bring us a three day notice which she did on may 16,2014. Ms. Smith did not live up to her duty to inform us as to where the Deposit moneys had been deposited,when asked at the end of the first lease she said that the owner Donald Perrando who lived in California had the moneys and would send it to us if and when we move. We know that according to the law that when a landlord rents a house to tenants he is legally bound to deliver the rental during the lease,however the lease was violated when the property went into foreclosure.

Renter Aug 26, 2014 107.145.15.70 1.I am adding a copy of the sale of the property at 206 Venetian Bay Circle, Sanford Fl. 32771.as proof that the foreclosure took place on 8th of May, 2014. Included also is the listing that was published through Charles Rutenberg Realty, the agency with which she was employed. Ms. Smith continued to demand rent for the time after the foreclosure took place, when we refused she served us with a 3 Day notice also included as evidence. Further Ms Smith misrepresented her status as a Realtor when in truth she is a Sales Associate which according to Florida Real Estate Law prohibits Sales Associates from handling funds. . Business card image also included as proof..
