COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The cleaning of the slate kitchen floor should have been incorporated into the house cleaning. The house was basically clean (e.g. the oven, refrigerator and bathrooms [including bathtub and shower]. Therefore at $30 per hour (for a total of $280) an hour to clean the kitchen floor should be included in that cost. I was also told that no matter how clean the house was it would be professionally clean. The only area that needed a deeper cleaning was the kitchen floor. I did not ever have an issue with a door jam upstairs. If I had I would had it fixed with I hired someone to fix it like I had the closet doors and screen door repaired (they were always falling down since I moved in. I am not aware of any water damage to the basement vanity. My daughter was not aware of any damage and none of her belongings were damp or wet.
