As of Sunday, September 21st, 2014, in several places of my apartment (furniture, ceiling, clothes, etc.). Since then, my landlord has hired a mold specialist to come and inspect the apartment. During this visit, Tim Miller, local mold specialist, recommended i get my apartment professionally cleaned to completely remove the mold. He also found it hard to believe mold was in my apartment noting that the level of cleanliness was exceptional. After this visit, my landlord has refused to reimburse me for fixing my clothes that were damaged, hire a professional cleaning service to remove the mold out of the entire apartment, or withhold rent in order for me to pay for mold removal services. In short, no action has been taken about this issue and I am very concerned about my health.
