Mr. Herring and his neighbor has harassed me every since shortly after I took possession of these premises. I believe once his neighbor saw that I was a black man, This neighbor who Mr. Herring has often referred to as Randy has never spoken to me even though he has seen me numerous times outside. Mr. Herring continues to harass me with complaints from Randy demanding that I do or comply with whatever Randy suggests to him. I have lived in these premises almost 1 and 1/2 yrs I do not have kids I am at work almost on a 24/7 basis and most of the time my job has me traveling all over the world. So I don’t understand why I am being constantly harassed, I would think that I would be the perfect neighbor there is no traffic in and out of my house, and I mind my own business, Yet, Mr. Herring who resides in California continues to harass me with lies stating that he came by the house and saw that the grass was not watered one time and then one time the grass is getting too much water according to Randy. This house is in dire need of general maintenance and some of which I feel are safety violations I have pointed these things out to Mr. Herring he has not done anything to rectify what I have told him.Mr. Herring has continuously tried to raise my rent and has continuously harassed me based on false accusations from his contact with the neighbor at 10031 Lowell way, Mr. Herrings latest harassments have consisted of stopping my lawn service who has diligently taken good care of this lawn for over a year. Mr. Herring has never called me or talked to me man to man to ask me anything, all his correspondence has been through email telling me what Randy has said. This house is in need of serious repairs The deck is a safety hazard the windows cannot be opened in any room in the house because of rotted wood and decay, the frame work and support is degraded to the point that if you open the windows the metal frame will not support the weight causing the windows to fall out. I leased this property through a property management agency, and I can now see why they wanted nothing else to do with Mr. Herring once they got the contract signed Mr. Herring has created an atmosphere where I do not feel that I am welcome or safe here and I cannot relax and enjoy my residence that I am paying a $2450.00 a month to lease.
