A revised bill was left at my door 11/5. I do not know how they came up with the new charges since they were adamant that the original bill was correct. I do appreciate the lowering of my bill but am still left with the original concerns. I do not know who the electric provider is. Centerpoint says it is not their lines. Texas New Mexico Power says the lines belong to them but they are not sure how the complex is getting power because it is not running through them and can even see that their master meter is really messed up. I do not know why I am being charged 12 cents per kilowatt because both power providers claim that is too high for my address especially since it is a commercial property. Electricity is coming in somehow, but no-one knows how. They are profiting from our charges. Even though they lowered the original bill, I still have no answers. They will not even show me the master bill and will not give me my EISID number so I can have someone check the lines or even switch over to my own service.

Please look over utilities section....with the added paper they had us sign regarding disconnection. I would also like my fees I have paid to you, to be reimbursed by the apartment complex.

They over charge on electricity. I believe they are charging me the last tenants bill on top of my monthly electric bill cost. they claim i'm using over 1300 kilowatts a month and i've been looking at my meter and i've only been using 97 kilowatts a week. i called TNMP (the owners of the power lines in this area) and they have no record of my apartment complex having any electric providers now or in the past. They also said that the master meter here is not correct. The readings are very off and something is going on. TNMP also said that i have no record of any account under my name and there is no record of my kilowatt hours. I've spoken with several neighbors and the apartment complex will not tell them nor me who provides electricity to the complex. They will not show me the bill they receive or anything that shows proof of any charge that we receive from an electric company. They have also added several addemdums that we had to sign that were not mentioned in the rental agreement. One of these was that they would charge me $199 disconnection fee if i decide to use a different electrical company because apparently since my electric bill is in their name, they get charged that much for it to be disconnected. This doesn't make sense to me because in the rental agreement, it says that they are not responsible for electric. All of the tenants are having the same issues I am and none of us get any answers. We are just forced to pay whatever they tell us to. There is also many more problems here. Please contact that as soon as possible.
