Our upstairs neighbors have been complaining about our noise levels over the past month. They have complained about loud music, noisy guests and loud tv. We have done absolutely everything in our power to be considerate of our neighbors but they continue to complain despite our efforts to appease. Our landlord has refused to hear our side and told us, in writing, that she'd rather us leave than our upstairs neighbors because they are long time tennants. We've been leasing over a year now and have been with progressive management for years. We dont allow guests over after ten p.m. We received a phone call from our apartment manager saying that our neighbors had recorded us on their phone and brought it in for her to listen to prove their case. We've been living in fear, literally keeping the volume so low in our apartment that its become a stress to live in our unit.
