COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My boyfriend and i recently moved into the unit but after about 2 weeks we noticed i was waking up with multiple itchy bite marks. We proceeded to search the entire apartment until i found dead bedbugs along the floor boards and in the tracks of our closet. Neither of us has ever had bed bugs before so i know we didnt bring them. We then reached out to the property manager about the issue and were told to buy bug spray and we would be reimbursed. The spray worked on the visable ones and we managed to kill quite a few but we continue to find them. On further inspection we noticed that in almost every nook or cranny there are signs of a bed bug infestation.ie eggs, egg cases, molted shells and lots of fecal matter. We informed William about this but he didnt really believe us and went about telling me i didnt know what i was talking about and there was no way i could possibly find them becuase they are so small. Im not an exterminator but ive done my research and it looks like they have been here for a long time. We just want them gone. This is our first apartment and we have gone broke moving in and then trying to deal with this issue.
