COMPLAINT : Lease Takeover (Part Of Breach Agreement)
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Lease Takeover: New Tenant Take Over The Entire Lease With The Same Amount Of Rent And Date
  2. Return our deposit (Total of $1000) with itemized when part of deposit was be taken
  3. Terminate our not begin lease (2020-2021)

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Hi Ms. Conde, As we had come up with a solution of the termination of our lease agreement because you didn’t accept our termination of lease agreement email that is related to the lease agreement paragraph 44, we were told to re-rent the apartment or find people to takeover the lease instead. However, as we successfully found people to takeover our lease, your agents at the leasing office confirm that there is no takeover process. Instead, we would need to sublets our apartment as being the second owner. This is not on your email, and it’s not a proper solution. Hoping you can provide a manager that is on the same page with us on site to let the new tenants sign the takeover lease agreement. Thank you. Sincerely, Ching-Hsu Chang
