COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

During the holiday season, Thanksgiving through Christmas, there were multiple reports of break ins throughout the apartment complex. Us residence knew about these break ins because of the Bulletin Board that was open to free posting by residents of the complex. However, when management started changing/reverting back rules, raising trash fees and not taking responsibility for the crime issues in our community, some residence started questioning the complex management. This lead to the Bulletin Board being shut off by management. They claim that this is simply a glitch with the app, however, I have contacted RENTCafe, the app developer, and they have confirmed no such issue. Management still holds the stance that there is an app issue which is false. Us residence need this resolved so we can continue to follow the status and well being of our community. This is a negligent act to revoke the right for us residence to communicate about community issues and safety just because management was confronted about these same issues.
