landlord and property management training certifications

 

This level of Landlord training is the most basic and is a pre-requisit for all other landlord rankings.   RPA Qualified^TM Landlords must be  RPA Approved; they cannot have a felony conviction within the last 7 years or a misdemeanor involving fraud, misrepresentation, theft or dishonesty.  This landlord recognition also requires property managers to pass three online training certifications.

 

To recieve this ranking landlords must have already received their RPA QualifiedTM merit, no less than 3 months prior.  RPA TrainedTM Landlords must learn more indepth subject matter dealing with tenants and their rights.  This Landlord Rank introduces a new requirement of experience.  Not only must the Landlord pass additional certifications, but they must demostrate real world practice.

 

To recieve this ranking landlords must have already received their RPA TrainedTM merit, no less than 6 months prior.  RPA CertifiedTM Landlords have an advanced management skills, knowlege, and experience.  Landlord Certifications for this module require an indepth look into legal systems and property rights.  Additional more advanced experience is also required for this title.
