Employee/Renter Eviction?

I work for the apartments that I live at. Last paycheck we were due for our bonuses and thats when I pay rent & late fees otherwise I wont have anything for other bills food or gas each month. I was just informed by my manager that if I dont pay rent by TOMORROW they will file on me – Im an employee who they didnt pay what they were suppose to! Can they do this??
