		<description><![CDATA[If your daughter is renting a trailer, there are still the same renting rights as though she had rented from any other apartment complex.  It is common for landlord to create agreements that require their tenants to take full responsibility for the property while it is being rented.  However, this portion of the contract can be non-enforceable.  I don&#039;t think there is a court that would require your daughter to pay for wiring or plumbing issues.

They say hindsight is 20/20...  True with this situation too.  Any renters reading this post NEVER agree to terms that would hold you responsible for anything major repairs.  Yes, renter&#039;s can dispute rental contracts prior to signing them.  Some landlords may not agree to the exclusion or change, many will.
