		<description><![CDATA[Hey there! Every time a renter moves in, there is a move in spreadsheet that the renter and the landlord will have to check if everything is already on the right track. If you were not given that spreadsheet, maybe you need to ask the landlord why were you not given. If he will just disregard this thing, you can file a complaint from RPA (Rental Protection Agency). They will contact your landlord and will try to discuss every little thing with your issue. You can indicate any resolution you would like to get as well. Good luck! :)]]></description>
