		<description><![CDATA[Did this mold inspector provide a spore count or give you the strain of mold?  Most apartment molds are harmless, while the may cause some people to have allergic reactions it is usually not life threatening.
 
There is only one type of mold that is really toxic.  However, it still may not be cause for lease termination.  I would suggest you file a complaint with the RPA or try working it out with your landlord somehow.
