In that way you can tell him every details of your concern. In the first place, he is the one to be afraid of since he did not follow the right process of moving in process. Have you had a moving in sheet? Where you can check every accessories in the apartment, if everything mentioned in the contract is there. If the landlord will not acknowledge the letter. Then you can file a complaint against him to RPA. They can help you with it, depending on the how your landlord will respond to the case.
