Bedbugs are a growing infestation in the US. I've had my share of rashes too. But who is responsible for their extermination depends on the state where you live. There are states that require landlords to pay for the extermination of pests, including bed bugs. But there are also some states that would require landlords to act on the issue if there are two or more tenants complaining. Do what I did. I filed a formal complaint through RPA. They talked to my landlord about the bed bugs and before I knew it, I was rash-free. I hope that gets things settled for you too. Hope you'll feel better soon!
