We actually have few grounds for you to terminate the lease, one of these if you are having hardships if the agreement will continue. You can also terminate the agreement for lease if the area/premises are not fit for habitation. What you can do is you can give written notice to terminate the tenancy . You must give 2 days notice, in this way you can get your money back and find a better place for you to stay. 😉
