		<description><![CDATA[Mold problem are very serious issue in health , specially for childrens. Now that your daughter is sick, she maybe ill due to this mold issue, take up this with your property manager and also show the doctors report, and if apartment owner is not completely cleaned or fixed the mold issue other then just at two places as you have mentioned, then this is a huge issue. I think you could have leaved the place at first time when contamination was found and as i think you won&#039;t be having any proof of landlord saying once mold is found you people can leave the house. As you mentioned above he said you can break the lease, but if you have written words or in contract then good for you. Good luck]]></description>
