Well, a landlord can only evict you for a few valid reasons, and none of those should include your ex-wife not liking the idea of you living nearby. If your wife has already gotten approval that you will live in her apartment with her, then that makes you authorized to stay. If, for example, you got kicked out without any notice and without any justifiable reason then you can file for a complaint. But I hope your issue gets resolved soon without the need for more paperwork.]]></description>
