		<description><![CDATA[Yes, first you talk to your landlord and just hope that they won&#039;t give you hassle with regards to the agreement. You can try to use the apartment damages as a leverage so you can move out without being asked for any extra fees. This is just my opinion but try to ask legal advice.]]></description>
