		<description><![CDATA[Its no different than if you had taken your landlord to court and and they failed to respond.  You may have a judgement in your favor, but the courts can&#039;t actually get you your money.  I think the RPA uses mediation??  So, if the landlord didn&#039;t resolve the complaint there is nothing more that can be done other than a negative record that is visible to everyone.  

The RPA isn&#039;t a miracle solution.  They obviously have their limits as to how much time they can spend on each case.  It sounds like your landlord wouldn&#039;t respond to anyone no matter what they did.  If a landlord fails to respond to the RPA, then who would they respond to?  

Its sucks you&#039;re stuck with such a bad landlord.]]></description>
