You may have a judgement in your favor, but the courts can’t actually get you your money. I think the RPA uses mediation?? So, if the landlord didn’t resolve the complaint there is nothing more that can be done other than a negative record that is visible to everyone.

The RPA isn’t a miracle solution. They obviously have their limits as to how much time they can spend on each case. It sounds like your landlord wouldn’t respond to anyone no matter what they did. If a landlord fails to respond to the RPA, then who would they respond to?

Its sucks you’re stuck with such a bad landlord.
