Randy is correct, your personal insurance should cover this, as this are your belongings, and make sure that you had plugged the power cord correctly  or if the electrical maintenance problem was there, could have been shown problem at first day of rent only. and remember as you are saying the power supply for TV not the whole house main power board.]]></description>
